Anastrozole
Anastrozole is commonly sold under the brand name Arimidex.
Anastrozole is an aromatase inhibitor primarily used in the treatment of hormone receptor-positive breast cancer in postmenopausal women. It works by decreasing the amount of estrogen produced by the body, which can slow or stop the growth of certain types of breast tumors that require estrogen to grow. Anastrozole is often prescribed after surgery or radiation therapy and may also be used as a first-line treatment for advanced breast cancer.Tablets & Capsules
